Poland Increases National Gas Storage Capacity Through PLN 580 Million ORLEN Investment

On 4 November, ORLEN confirmed completion of the Wierzchowice expansion, increasing the facility’s capacity to 2.1 billion cubic metres and national gas storage capacity to approximately 4.1 billion cubic metres. The investment cost PLN 580 million. The project creates opportunities for energy infrastructure contractors and equipment suppliers.
